You need to be a little more specific since the range is quite wide... However, a couple of tips:
Search on AW using proximity SG13 and 7miles
If there is a WG you like the look of... paste the profile address into SEARCH top right here. There could be a review or warning (false pics, scams, etc.).
Read the RATINGS beware of any with (0).
Hatfield and Harlow are within distance but beware the Romanian traps.
Enfield/Enfield Lock can be a little tricky...
