I'm afraid I can't be much help with either question. I didn't ask for CIM and didn't find out if she allows it. Somehow I don't think that she does. She doesn't seem like the type but that's only a gut feeling and I can't be sure.

Yes. I thought that was strange too. I think that it varies from girl to girl at the parlour.
