Quite a busy area with decent footfall, shop front looks run down.
The massage room was a bit cold, made it very difficult to relax during the massage.
The massage table wasn't the most comfortable, probably a bit old.
The rooms shower was decent tho and clean.

Woman named Ruby, 40ish, Chinese? Pretty enough but wouldn't look twice on the street.

Ruby shows me to the room and says she'll be back. Im still stripping off and Ruby comes in I'm in the room whilst my cock out and Ruby is super chilled with it so I knew options would be on the table. Ruby didn't apologies for walking in she let me take my other clothes off then I got on the table.
Okay massage but no real enthusiasm. Business like attitude.
Offered the HR on the turn. Original agreed HR and prostate for £35 but then she couldn't find a glove so just HR. Unclear if she'd actually do a prostate massage tho, the glove thing more of a way of staying 'no' I think. HR was okay to Good technique.
Went well over the 45mins ended up leaving on the hour. The service from what Ruby could control was a low positive, as it just felt mechanical at times. However, the room was cold and the table uncomfortable which really ain't great.
I won't return again, would try other places in the area before even think about returning.
