It is me, or does this seem to be happening more and more just lately with reviews? Lost count the number of edits I've done to add it in later.

To be fair, OP has been solid with his previous reviews so I'm sure it was just a slip. It's the newbies who pay no attention to the rules or don't bother to look at resources like puntingwiki that annoy me. I'm sure there are things you can do to structure reviews better (e.g. mandated fields) but it's probably not worth the effort and one of the reasons for introducing the helpers was to help manage this on a voluntary basis.
