I’m not going to repeat all the details given within my earlier review this year - https://www.ukpunting.com/index.php?topic=302638.0  - but keen-eyed members will recall the discussion about location/venue, which is wholly the reason for me leaving this review. Chantelle is in the same dingy tower block as reported before…

Despite better judgement, I found myself going back to visit C.  In truth, I felt really good about my decision during the whole time I was with her as she delivered exactly what I wanted. Very good (all be it light and delicate) owo for 30 minutes non-stop. It was a 45 minute booking so it really was 30 minutes of action. Getting sucked for so long, without hesitancy or complaint is exactly what I needed.

What I didn’t need was the audience of sketchy looking youths (late teens early twenties max) hovering round the stairwell/lifts when I came out from Chantelle’s flat. A gang of five or six, with two big dogs in tow.

Polite and brief acknowledgement of them all was unavoidable - especially the big dogs because one was intent on sniffing my cum drained crotch!

I’m good with big dogs, so my risk assessment quickly told me they were never going to be my problem.

What definitely was my problem was dealing with the questioning from the bored youths. Something like..”Bruh, where ave you come from?”. To which I nodded back down the corridor they saw me meander from.. They clearly knew the floor’s residents to a greater or lesser extent.

This was followed up with something like “Bruh, ave you been to see the proz?!!!?”.

I add the extra question and exclamation marks because by this point they’re no longer seeming like bored youths.  Instead, they were becoming increasingly exciteable and animated, having just found something fun to engage themselves with…

I thought the best play was to shrug and say don’t know (as I pressed the lift call button). I followed up with a deliberate distraction technique (question about their groin-sniffing mastiff). By this point one or two of the lads were getting hysterical and starting to bounce around excitedly…

Great.

The next 20 second wait while the elevator turned up and I made my escape seemed like half an hour. I felt fortunate not to be followed, due to the lack of other youth entertainment options in Bermondsey’s finest tower block.  I walked pretty sharpish out the lobby, swearing never to return.

To be clear - Chantelle was great (better than first visit) and the youths were not aggressive as such but, for me, it was definitely an uncomfortable 45 seconds or so.  This alone means I won’t go back to visit C there and I feel obligated to relay my experience to Members.

This would be a negative review if it were not for Chantelle being great at sucking cock for 30 minutes. I am also mindful that the encounter just might have been very bad luck on my part. On balance, I feel like luck was on my side given there was no harm done.

However, there will be NO repeat visit by me to that Bermondsey tower block.  :hi:

Thanks for the update. Glad there's no harm done. The pricks didn't sound dangerous, e.g.going to mug you or extort anything, but it's one of the more uncomfortable sides of punting. At least it wasn't a nosey, righteous neighbour shouting at you to shame you in the street and threatening to call the police.

I don't know if Chantelle or her representatives monitor UKP but it might be time for a change of location. Other recent reviews though seem to suggest that the receptionist doesn't give a shit about punter welfare so long as the bookings keep coming in.

That exit sounds a bit sketchy. I would not have liked it.

I seem to be lucky for the past year in that it is always deserted on my exit. I don't use the lift but rather the stairs and I am dressed to blend in with the surroundings eg: no suit, tie, bowler hat and handkerchief in breast pocket. I have almost never encountered anyone in the stairwell or corridor so I think you've been unlucky to bump into these guys. I have once heard some noisy people on a staircase further away from her flat. I'm glad I took the time to learn the layout. There are 2 staircases for those who don't wish to use the lift., so you don't need to get trapped there.

As you walk in on the ground floor, there's one corridor on the left and another diagonally across the lobby. These will take you to the stairs and then you find the flat.

Wondering around council estates is just par for the course in the world of budget punting. 😁

C once told me ages ago that a punter bailed out and scarpered because he saw "eufs" congregating at the entrance to the block.

I was dressed to suit the surroundings - obviously wearing my finest drapes. White bow tie, double cuffed shirt with well-polished chelsea boots  :D

I agree with FuzzyD - time for Chantelle to try a different locale IMO. Eufs could easily make a sport of teasing punters visiting a “known” SP flat and “teasing” might be getting off lightly from the well-behaved ones. I probably would have done that when I was 16, given the opportunity.

I’d love to have C work my Johnson again, just not in that tower block.

Thanks for the heads up Doc.

 I think I would've been bricking myself!

Not because I'm scared of big dogs or plastic gangsta yoofs, but I would be worried about video clips appearing on IG or snap or wherever. I don't really use social media but I could easily imagine clips of 'dirty old men punters leaving proz house' doing the rounds.

Thanks again Doc.

Despite the obvious drawbacks which you have described, I like the location.

She has had numerous places over the years...
Above a chip shop near Old Street station in 2014
Long residency in a council estate near Old Street Station up to 2016
She got kicked out of a council estate near Southwark Station in 2016 by busy body neighbours.
Then she was way out West in shepherd's Bush - a dingy hotel set up with cc TV.
The current place seems to have worked out well so far.

Don't forget the council flat in Hammersmith (pre Old Street) that got raided by the police.

I had some reservations seeing her in the current location but my own experiences have been OK. It's been daylight and I didn't engage with anyone on the way in/out except holding the door open for an old dear. She/her management pick cheap locations and that flows through to the price she charges. Yes, she could find somewhere "better" or "nicer" or "safer" but she'd charge more.

That's exactly why I am willing to run the gauntlet of hoodies. Especially when that scenario hardly ever arises.

For those who want nice locations, there's always Diva.

She told me about a flat which was raided but she wasn't there when it happened. Plod simply questioned whether the girls were all volunteers and then headed away.

Yeah, thanks for the review, even if you are going to go for it it's better to be forewarned about such things.

Myself, I've realised is that when I pay a pro it's mainly down to wanting to get rid of friction, and it's not a situation I'd relish so will probably stay away - pity as I was thinking of visiting last week, after the young mum I was seeing flaked on me.

Sure, I get it. Being hit by a bus is also scenario that hardly ever arises. However, it's bad news when it happens. As Nickoname called out, there could be some big consequences for the punter who has important things he could lose (e.g. reputation, relationship, potentially job/career). As with many things in life, it boils down to risk vs return. 20 years ago I might have faced off and given them some banter but now I'd just want to get the fuck away with minimum fuss.

Don't get me wrong, I'd still see Chantelle but if there are any further reports on this kind of hassle, then I'm out.

I agree I visited chantelle a few weeks ago after reading her steady and reassuring reviews.  However the encounter was a long and childish affair
which made me disappointed.

The real problem was her maid and the lack of response and coldness in in trying to get a booking. I had to change my number several times to get a response as I thought I had done something wrong.

I asked for a booking for 1.30 which I then luckily received a reply for 2.15 which was impossible so I immediately cancelled the 2.15 appointment.
I then replied to see if there were any times available. Which I received the silent treatment?

OK I thought better to try another day to not upset her.. I text several times to receive no reply. This lead me to think the maid must of saved my number???

Ok I then changed my Sim card to see if any response...Straight away a reply!

Booked in for 1.30 on my way on the train then a text saying can I make it for 2.00 the issue was if I was time constraint I would of wasted a journey and time if I had to cancel!

Ok able to do 2.00 luckily get the instructions on entry pressing the right bell numbers to get into the block ...No answer, outside waiting luckily a post man was coming out who let me in?

So if it wasn't for the postman would the maid of let me in???????

Great time with Chantelle but a headache in getting to see her. Really the problem was with the maid! Very robotic and insensitive, I can only see this putting of punters if this style and approach continues...

What a shame!

You heard plod in the front room? I'd have shit the bed.

It reminds me of the guy who had to walk out of Unique Monica's room with a coat over his head past a group of police. Nothing happened to him as she told them it was a private arrangement and all consensual.

I think the conversation with Chantelle was spurred because a few months ago there were census people knocking on doors during the punt, but if you ignore them, they go away. They were hovering around council estates where I punted for weeks on end.

No thankfully. It was the week after or something. She just mentioned the neighbours were causing a problem and the police had been around recently.

It's one of the reasons I prefer indies to set-ups that might attract police interest. I don't mind paying a little more to avoid the drama. But, to your point, she was £70/hr then so I probably could have lived with a little drama. :D

I visited C a couple of weeks ago and during our chat I asked about the neighbours. I was curious knowing she had been there a while how she deals with people who ask too many questions. She said she had a good relationship with them but obviously the sharp eyed yoof that hang around can smell blokes who are on the paid pussy hunt. I have been in a few similar blocks of flats with Amanda Blondie and Unique Monica and there is a certain frisson to sneak in/ sneak out scenario. Sounds as though Chantelle's surroundings may be getting just a little too hot....

I went once and the youths are usually hanging near the outside of the block in the hot hatches aka Renault clios with stripes down the front (tbf that was me back in the day). I think the no speak english card is the one to play if that happens.

I did post a comment bout [not] punting in shite locations on one of the reviews on her on this subject matter

Maybe 2-3 years ago there was also a thread focusing on the risks of punting in towerblocks, especially council

Catching a lift to the 1st floor ?  Lifts are not a good idea at the best of times

If one / more of the scrotes had got into the lift with you things could have turned out different

I wazzed up a review earlier this evening, venue a towerblock so i broke my own rule

It was nine or ten floors of hoors, however the location was Walton on Thames, way different to a shit hole in saarf east london

Have also been punting in ten floors of hoors in south ken, tho the biggest risk in this venue is getting lost

but keen-eyed members will recall the discussion about location/venue, which is wholly the reason for me leaving this review. Chantelle is in the same dingy tower block as reported before…

Yep - It was your warning that made me think you would be entitled to say “I told you so!”

Tower blocks like Chantelle’s are definitely ones I will now stay away from, having gone through that fun little ordeal (regardless of SP quality or previous problem free experiences).

The lift issue was something I also thought of in hindsight but the yoofs were, I think, blocking my access to where the stairwell probably was. I reluctantly got in the lift and it seemed like an eternity for the doors to close.

Chantelle gives instructions for access that involve taking the lift so I couldn’t be sure where the stairs were in any event.  If I had needed to double back through the area full of yoofs, I would have drawn more attention and put myself in more danger/proximity than using the lift.

Either way, it is a situation I wouldn’t want to be in again.

I broke my usual no-go rule on tower blocks because I had a problem free visit initially. That, and other Members’ comments made me think I’d have to be really unlucky to have any bother.

I feel I was complacent more than unlucky, but that’s just my opinion.

Members will weigh the risks and make their own decision, as ever.  :hi:

For an established UKP'er i see no benefit in 'i told you so'
More like i provided my take on things
You emerged unscathed which is the main thing
And shared your experience

I would deffo have made the effort to tee up a meet with SC, based on the action reported on here
But not in a towerblock
For me its not just the building type, its also the location
South east london is a non starter for me
The only exceptions being for example Dulwich or Greenwich

Think of punting locations in terms of where footy grounds are, as a barometer
Would i go see Super Leeds play @ Millwall ?
Like fuck i would
I could think of nothing worse than being in a stadium with ignorant violent racist south london scum in the majority

Yep - It was your warning that made me think you would be entitled to say “I told you so!”

You would have thought that an established SP like SC would have worked out that repeat visits are lower than would be expected
Coz punters are gagging for it & think fuck it, i'll risk it 'this' time
And vow not to return coz of the accomo type
The difference of perhaps a few hundred quid a month in rent, to upgrade to a better place, should see a positive return
She must get no shows, when punters see the towerblock & bail at the last moment

My view of trying to book her, is that it is not easy. I think she is extremely busy regardless.

She got slung out of other places. She has been in this block without a problem since 2018.

There's very little competition for a good mile around there. I look up bermondsey on AW and there's fuck all else in the area. Has been that way since 2019.

From there it's the punting deserts of Lewisham and the expensive Brazilian crap in Canary wharf.

I’ve only seen her once as whilst I enjoyed it I somehow haven’t fancied repeating it. I think it’s the bolt-ons and the black dress that ruins it. However, she once told me that she’s generally booked up by 10am!

I've seen her 3 x times, I've never had a issue.
I too hate the location, but in my opinion SC is probably the best vfm wg in the last 2 years.
£110 for a Hours shag with a decent looking girl with a fit, sexy body, friendly attitude that delivers a excellent service. Keep that price and location if you save money on expensive london rent.

Offline sparkus

I had something similar once except it was in the street and there was more like 10 than six.  They shouted louds but it was actually good natured, in a way e.g. 'Did you enjoy your Chinese meal? Was she sweet or sour?' and accusations I still had a hard on etc.

Agreed. Seen her more than times than any other SP this year and can't fault her at all. Considering the average cost of most SPs at the moment, she's absolutely unbeatable VFM in my opinion.

Location has never bothered me at all, but I grew up not far from there so always carry myself like a local. Seen the youts around a few times, always give them a nod, no issues at all.
