Communication: Good, contacted her over the phone in the morning. She wasn't available when I wanted but suggested another time which suited me as well. She also send a text with all details what's included in her half an hour and hourly price.
I also communicated what I wanted. Will come back to that.
The lady: I new she wasn't necessarily fitting to my taste completely. But as a plan E you can see that I wanted to unload.
Age wise I'd say: add 10, which seems to be the new standard for some SPs. So, I believe 45 is closer to the truth than 35.
Body wise: I read that she had put on some weight. I am not good in sizes. 14+ was mentioned before which might be correct. Still thought her breasts will make up for it. So, my expectations were mixed, kind of medium level. Some days are like that.
The meet: I was directed to a private house in a quiet area in Oxford.
The bedroom was nicer compared to what I've seen before. She sat down and asked me what I wanted. I thought, wait, didn't we communicate that.
Nevertheless, better do get that done correctly, helps to avoid misunderstandings. Cash sorted 80/30min.
Got cleaned with a wet wipe for owo, as I showered before getting there and declined shower.

Overall: Still a positive, tendency neutral.
Would I go back: no need. Nothing new to explore next time.
Probably nothing wrong on her end. She delivers all what's advertised and I unloaded. But nothing to write home about.
She might be the right lady for those who like the bigger girls.
And I like the positive surprise when an SP advertises age closer to their real age...
