Comms: Sent an AW message a couple of weeks before, she replied that evening with her postcode, and her number to discuss dates, times and what I’d like to do. Back & forth over text to clarify services and timings.

Location: Gated & buzzer'd, Top floor flat roughly 5 minutes from J12 M3. Unsuitable for anyone who has a difficult time with stairs.
