I only saw the one shower in its own room, which wasn't the best at producing hot water when I used it. I didn't notice the heating. Overall it made some other parlours look quite luxurious!

It's still open, last few times I've been in or called there's only been one girl working though and no receptionist.

As for Maxine, the neutral review I gave her was probably a bit generous. Everyone else I've ever seen there has been great though.
