3. Doubled booked and wasted time
4. Psychotic behaviour and definitely a clock watcher

Overall I rate it a negative, maybe borderline neutral. If she had delivered on OWO and FK I would've felt it was positive, but not delivering on that plus the shaky comms means it's a negative for me. I personally wouldn't go back but it may be a more positive experience for others if they're more firm from the start of the booking (which I failed to do!)
