Popped in the other day after a long break....allocated 'Minoux', mid twenties, Asian, smiley, short and (to be discovered) overly plump. Shop rate £50 for 45 mins. Completely ineffectual one handed massage, no sweeps, nothing in the least sensual. So a residing negative for 'Minoux', however on leaving met with 'Yumi' (mid aged and chunky) the manager who enquired about the service and rather just mumbling the usual pleasantries, I actually explained that it was not the greatest. Yumi immediately offered a free 30 mins massage with her or another ....sadly no time to take up the offer but insisted i take her number to arrange on a future date.
So client care from Yumi lifts this to a neutral for the shop....
PS Manager referred to 'Minoux' as Eva.....don't think anything was lost in translation, guess M/E forgot her stage name on the day.
