First pile

A total embarrassing bodies question but....

I seem to have my first pile. I've sometime working away next week and I'm already booked on a sex party but also wanted a bit of TS fun while i'm away.

I just wondered if anyone had any good ways of treating it that worked for them so I could get rid of it in a week?

They also do the little torpedo looking ones to push up your bum that work very well.

What ever you do don't walk into the chemist drop your pants point to your arse and say " have you got anything for this "

Eat more fibre.

Better diet.

Don’t strain on the loo.

I found witch hazel very useful when I had a pretty severe pile a few months ago. Get some cotton wool balls and use them to apply it on the affected area... You can also leave them up there to work their magic.

Anusol also make wipes, which help a lot as toilet paper can exacerbate the issue.

I suffered terribly when a) I had a very stressful job and  b) I drank too much booze.
