I have a problem I want to transfer all the pictures from my mobile to my PC

On the face of it it looks really easy just connect the data cable from Phone top Pc and transfer and yes it will 1,850 ( how did I get so many )

But I have them organised into albums on my phone and it doesn't look as though it will transfer them and keep them in the folders

My PC is windows 10 is there a way it can be done?

Depends what software you use.  With most phones now, the photos are automatically backed up to some type of cloud service; Google drive or the like.

If that's not the case, open a free account with DEGOO (External Link/Members Only) it gives you 100GB free.  Upload the files as they are on your phone and download them on the PC
by logging onto the DEGOO account via the PC.  With DEGOO you can upload files or folders.  Select folders and upload.

One album folder at a time? It might depend on the type of phone as well though?

It should display them in their folders if you treat it like a storage device on your pc

what phone do you have?

if it's a smartphone, wether Android or iPhone, they'll both have native apps (both called Photos last time i checked) which will allow you to create settings to sync to the cloud.
From there download to your PC.

I recall the last time I did this it didn't seem as easy as I thought it would. My android phone connected to the PC via USB cable and the PC recognised it but could not look at the files on the phone via explorer. If you pull down the top menu is there an option to set it to admin mode? If there is and you say okay you can then see the photos on the phone in Explorer on the PC and copy them over. Sorry I can't find a link to a guide, I have to dash off somewhere now!, but hope that helps.

I transfer a lot of photos between my pc and phone and use SendAnywhere - the App is in the Google Appstore  and free online for the pc. I have to transfer an album at a time but it's pretty simple.
