CommsSuprisingly good - I'd read a few reviews of her not being the best here, but for me they were on point. Parking is a little haphazard as it's residents only between certain hours - no passes in the cars though from what I can see and I was out of the stated hours on the signs, so no major issues for me there. Safe area in anycase, and the apartment itself was entirely presentable; clean sheets and an inviting atmosphere.
