I've previously visited Xanadu twice and had good service. My last visit was a 30 minute booking with Mia. She's promised me "good service" if I booked for 1 hour.
With this in mind I fired off a text to see if she was working. A very quick reply told me that she was.
I asked if I could make a booking with her for later that afternoon and specified a time. Once again this was confirmed quickly by text.
So, I got to Xanadu. Walked up the stairs and told the older
woman who answered the door I had a booking with Mia.
She pointed to a closed door and said "Mia busy"
I told her again I had booked for that time. Once again she pointed to the door and said "Mia busy".
I asked who else was available. It was just the older woman who I assume was the owner /manager.
She didn't appeal to me so I walked.
