This was a borderline Negative - but settled on Neutral as the punt wasn't overly terrible - just not as great as I was hoping and failure to deliver on one of the services advertised and cutting the booking short, which I'll cover in my review, made it definitely not a Positive. You don't get the gate code until you've arrived though and there's not really any place to park up and wait for this to be provided. All seemed a little bit clumsy from the SP's side on getting you to her. Room itself was really clean and clean sheets on the bed, with a tidy bathroom off to one side.
