Booking comms: Called early in the week to book the day and time I wanted. Organised my day of the booking so I was free between 11 and 12 to call to confirm the booking and get details of the venue. Called on the day of the booking to confirm my booking and got details of the venue.  Based on my previous experience of Lush I had been impressed by their organisation skills and previous bookings had gone smoothly.  I had compiled a list of 12 escorts on Lush's books that I was working my way through.  I organised and paid for my parking in advance.

Escort: I had booked Vanessa as she is supposed to be the best Lush has, so I was really looking forward to the booking. No idea if she matches per profile photos as I never got to see her.  See below for details of why.

The Action: I organised my day, so I could finish early to prepare for the booking and get to the venue with time to spare allowing for any traffic issues on the way.  I didn't have time to eat, so I had planned to grab food after the booking. I left home on time and made my way to the venue.  I ran into a few traffic problems on the way but arrived into the city centre with time to spare. Parked in my booked parking and waited in my car with my punting phone on just in case there were any last minute issues, but no messages or calls were received, so everything seemed to be on schedule.

About 30 minutes before the time of the booking I set off walking to the venue. It was raining, so I got a little damp. I arrived at the venue 10 minutes before the time of the booking and called Lush for final details of the venue. Sat in a queue waiting for an operator. I was caller 4.  Eventually got to the operator.  He told me that he had been trying to get hold off me as there was a problem with my booking. He said Vanessa was running late. I asked how late and he said 30 minutes and asked if I would wait. I thought about it for a second and decided to wait as I had put a lot of planning and effort into having this booking go smoothly and Vanessa was supposed to be good. The operator said he'd call me when she was ready.

So… I hung around the outside of the venue within sight of the entrance. No fit blonde woman rushed into the building looking like she was running late, so I assume she was already in the building. I waited in the damp weather.  The 30 minutes passed.  No call from the operator.  I called Lush again and into the queue again. Got to the front of the queue and spoke to the operator. I asked what was happening with Vanessa. He said she had just gotten into the shower and would be ready in 10 minutes and the operator would call me.  Now she was running even later.  I agreed to wait another 10 minutes. I waited in the damp weather.  No call from the operator.  I thought what a joke. I waited another 5 minutes expecting to be called. Still no call. I called Lush again and into the queue again. It was now 45 minutes past the arranged and confirmed booking time.  I told them to tell Vanessa to forget it as I was going home as I didn't want to risk handing over my money for a rushed and possibly pissed off experience with Vanessa. No apology was made by Lush and there was no suggestion of me seeing another of their escorts who was free. I left the venue a very disappointed man.

Walked back to my car and had a look on AW for a plan B, but no luck. Decided that rather than make a hasty decision to see another escort and have that be a poor experience and wasted money, I would head home.  Drove home. Got stuck in more traffic. Arrived home 2 hours later than expected with a headache from low blood sugar.

Verdict: I did everything I could do to make the booking go smoothly. I did everything Lush expects you to do to make and confirm a booking. My side of things went as planned.  I was massively disappointed by Lush and/or Vanessa's planning and no apology for their failures.  6 hours of my time on the day wasted.  Fuel and parking expenses incurred for nothing.  I had 2 indies contact me on the day asking if I wanted to meet but I said no as I had Vanessa booked and she was supposed to be the best Lush had. 

I've thrown my list of Lush escorts in the bin.  Back to the indies.

Agencies need to (a) realise who the customer is and who pays the wages of the person on the phone, and (b) organise their staff more reliably. Or sack the offenders.

This is shit PR for Lush and their ‘dont give a feck’ attitude to the OP will have a greater negative effect, as punters thinking of booking will go to indies or other agencies who can run a tight ship.

I don't have a problem with making a few phone calls to make a booking and get final details at the venue.  That's pretty standard even for seeing indies.

I do have a problem with the escort not being ready to go at the agreed time. I accept that delays can occur in an escort's schedule for a variety of reasons, some caused by previous punters arriving late or overstaying and some caused by the escort. If a punter arrives late then their booking should end at the original planned time - they get less time as arriving late is their fault.  Punters should not be overstaying - the escort should be ensuring that happens.  The escort and agency should be ensuring other punters don't get impacted by these issues by allowing enough time between bookings so they can absorb most delays without causing other bookings to start 45 or more minutes late. If they can't then they should reduce the number of bookings to make more time.

From my experience with Lush and speaking with some of the girls in my opinion, it would be down to Lush who is at fault

Lush are known to to book the girls back to back and pressuring the girls to work flat out, leaving them no time to freshen up and no time to even eat

I've done last minute booking that have been accepted to my surprise only to find out that lush have pressured the girl to accepting and that they have been told that the booking was made well in advance etc and

Lush really need to step up now and get some new beds aswell !

Bad service in this industry is standard. And so is accepting it.
Returning home with your money is seldom done but it will for sure improve things if it happens more often. So far this year I have done so about 5 times. That's more than I've ever done when things don't go to plan. Essentially you're getting a free punt by not giving in to arbitrary punting.

Back to back bookings is always going to cause these delays, so they need to accept making less money by putting some time between bookings. It's not fair on the escorts as they won't have enough time to prepare for the next booking and end up stressed or the punters as our bookings will always be starting late.

... but as you said yourself, you've most probably saved yourself a bad experience due to a rushed experience. I had a similar experience with Vanessa earlier this year, their poor punctuality (don't care whether Lush or the girl's faut) made the quality of the meet suffer. Was not worse it. At least you saved your money

As for Lush it sounds like their typical M/O and I can’t see it changing. With Lush it seems they are in no short supply of punters so they are sadly in the position of power to do what they want which includes messing people around.

Ive spoken to many Lush girls now over the years and they are at times overworked and under rested but that doesn’t apply to their top earners of which my understanding is Vanessa is one of them. And they get 15 mins between punters so not totally back to back but this again doesn’t always apply.

Ive also found if your a regular you tend to be looked after and if it’s your first punt your less of a priority. So if this was your first time using them they most likely didn’t care about your business and hence why your booking was pushed. I reckon she was with a punter and they extended and you sadly just had to wait your turn.

Well they won't be getting any future business from me. It was an awful way to be treated. No apology. I told them to forget it and the operator said "ok then." like he was surprised and I should be happy to just hang around for almost an hour after my confirmed booking time.  What's the point of going through the booking process if they ignore the bookings and let people extend bookings and bump other booked punters .  I had considered a 2 hr booking but I'm really glad I didn't. .

Money saved. On to the next indie.

Also spot i think when it come to regulars , we probably do a get little more respect than others who may not be regular. At least so that we are not waiting in that phone que ! i dont think i can ever go back that to that system unless im booking well in advance like a day or two and that is not my style

Say 8 shags a day = £400

As an indie she'd get the full higher fee so £1200 (assuming £150 ph) but obviously she'd have to organise her own apartment, etc.

From what other people have said it looks like the following happened.

1. Someone else had her booked immediately before the time of my booking

2. That person decided to extend their booking by 30 minutes. Vanessa would have had this agreed with Lush as other Lush girls I've seen are always texting during the booking which I'm assuming is them updating the operator on how the booking is progressing e.g. arrived, punter has paid fee, try to finish booking early as I have another booking for you, punter has left.  So the operator and Vanessa both knew they were messing me around.

3. I arrived on time and contacted operator. Operator lied to me when he said she was running late and would be ready in 30 minutes. She was never going to be ready in 30 minutes as she needed prep time after the previous punter had finished his extended booking.

4. Operator lied to me again when I called 30 minutes after planned start time of my booking as Vanessa wasn't going to be ready in 10 minutes.

5. When I called at 45 minutes pass my booking time she might just about have been ready for another booking, but I was tired of being lied to and left. I don't like being taken for a fool.

Not a great way of running a business or acquiring new regular customers.

And all for the sake of Vanessa and Lush getting an extra £50 from the previous punter which would have been split with Vanessa making an extra £30 and Lush an extra £20.

By me walking they lost £100 (split with £60 going to Vanessa and £40 to Lush) from this booking and a likely £1200-2400 from the future bookings I had intended to make with Lush.

What a great business decision.

From what I've seen on previous bookings with Lush, the girl is texting throughout the booking keeping someone up to date with progress and also taking instructions from them e.g. wrap up the booking 15 minutes early you need to prepare for the next one.

Every punter could be your next VIP regular booker, but not if you mess them around and delay the booking they made 4 days in advance precisely to avoid any issues on the day and don't even give the punter an apology.

I booked her because I thought she was going to be great.  I booked in advance to ensure I got the date and time I wanted. I turned up and then my careful planning fell apart. I decided not to wait longer as my booking was delayed and delayed and would have ended up starting at exactly the time when she was supposed to be clocking off for the night, so I thought she'd be pissed off and just wanting to go home to her bed after a long working day and it didn't seem very fair on her.  As a result of the delays I thought I wasn't going to get her at her best, so it would not have been the experience I had wanted. It didn't seem right to put Vanessa and myself through that experience. 

No doubt Lush found someone else to fill my slot and had her work beyond her going home time.
