I called the previous day and asked if she was working the next day - she said yes and asked me to call again on the day, closer to the time.
She seemed keen to emphasise that either her or my availability could possibly change in the next 24hrs
I called next day (Sunday), and arranged a punt for 8pm that evening.

Venue:
Deepest Farringdon, on a Sunday evening, plenty of parking, nice area. Had a walk around as I was early, nice pubs and restaurants nearby
