Nope, a hotel on the outskirts of Derby, but hey, she might have been anywhere because I doubt she was there.

I visited Rutland Street a couple of years ago very early on in my punting career and have avoided it since, shit punt with a stunning girl who I later found out was Peartree Mob thanks to this site.
