Tickling or vibrating condoms?

a few very years ago a lady put a condom on me which in some way tickled me or vibrated while we were doing sex. It may have tickled her also. I have no idea what they were called or where to buy them, preferably in person not mail order (as I do not wish missus HP to ask me what was in that odd package  ... ?). and I would like to find one soon, before next Tuesday.

My take on this...

Perhaps that wg slipped the condom and the ring on to your old chap in one single slick action so that it seemed as though the 2 things were just the condom 

Given the single use nature of a condom I'd expect one with a built in vibrating ring of some sort would be top dollar. It seems more likely therefore that the ring will be separate from the condom.
