I have been to all three of the Royal Orchids, and you know what you are getting most of the time.

This was a few weeks ago and the lady in question was Nikki. Quite pretty, 30ish slim lady. medium well structured massage and very good HE for £20. I don't believe anything else is on offer, and I have never tried.

Its the second time I have had her as the Masseuse, very pleasant, quite good English, open to being chatty if you want her to.
