What a load of piss poor service
Honestly mate, I’ve been through something very similar and there’s very little you can do to tell these ignorant SPs off once the money is handed off.
Also the extra £30 is just taking the piss ffs

Nowadays I only use roms for a 15 min service, they seem to do a better job at short bookings as oppose to longer bookings
