I strongly suspect this is a guy. Look at the rules, no speaking, no touching. I was planning to meet a few years back and asked by text if "she" would be able to show pussy or boobs before the BJ. A quite reasonable request or so I thought. What followed was a barrage of abusive texts. I ignored them thinking I'd just had a lucky escape.
