This reminds me of something that happened a couple of years ago at an upmarket apartment complex I have knowledge of in Cardiff.

Foreign blokes (won’t give away the nationality) rented an apartment, paid 12 months rent up front to the innocent owner, he couldn’t believe his luck!

Multiple girls started working from there in shifts and they weren’t subtle about what they were doing.

The neighbours and security staff cottoned on pretty quickly and grassed the place up and it was soon raided by Police and immigration. They found huge amounts of meth and crack in the property and worryingly for anyone who had been there also found that small cameras had been hidden in the entrance hallway and bedrooms, which were hooked up to WiFi and transmitting the pictures to unknown external devices.

They collared the girls for immigration offences and money laundering and deported them. The Police also caught the dozy bastards running the place when they returned to the flat late at night the day after it got raided to try and move some of their stuff out. They were charged with all sorts but I’m not sure what happened to them.

The Police also hassled the innocent owner for a few weeks before buying his story that he was a victim but he was shitting himself for a while. They also contacted a few punters who had used the allocated parking space to visit the flat, the neighbours had taken down and passed on their reg numbers to the Police and the security gave them cctv.

Not something anyone here wants to get caught up in!
