I have been here a few times so booked an appointment 10am yesterday dinner time for today i had to cancel as my daughter had been rushed into hospital with a blood clot in the evening i sent a text at 20:20 last night.
This morning I am being bombarded with text messages where are you, you should of told me you weren't coming. I told her i text her she stated she hadn't got it and i was lying to her, my daughter doesn't live local she lives 120 miles away so had to travel down to her she nearly died.
She said i should of text her earlier how can i text earlier than when my daughter went in hospital?
Some of the texts were really nasty i told her she had lost me as a customer and just got more foul and abusive texts back.
Will not be going back and i would advise others not to go just in case they have to cancel

Sorry to hear about your daughter OP hope she gets better soon.

Dont know much about your personal situation but might want to be careful how much personal information you share. Quite a bit to go in your post. Anyway don't worry about the behaviour from the parlour seems like a place to avoid especially if you messaged them!

Sorry to hear about that, hope your daughter is on the mend.
Thai smile seem to be pretty new in Hull. When I contacted them and tentatively ask about HE, the response I got was a resounding NO. So would be interested to find out if more is on offer there?
I had a similar thing with a girl when I walked as soon as I saw her/ state of her flat - she kept texting me her special offers for weeks afterwards!!

I went to Thai Smile in April, good massage but absolutely no chance of extras at all
