Personally I'd go see her and find out. 

I guess it might be her with her partner, and just put it on without thinking.

Pics are probably of husband and I would always take what is stated in the FAQ's over what's ticked on the enjoys list or pictures.
WG's use the FAQs to gas off about stuff they take most seriously. Quite often it gets used negatively as a sounding board of frustration and dos and don'ts.

In this case she seems to have made it very clear and to the point.

I've seen quite a few profiles where the girl is doing OwO but states they don't offer that service.  I've always assumed the pics were with their partners and that it was more for aesthetics than for offering a service they might provide if you threw more money at them.
