Reached and called. Someone else picked up the phone and said that the WG is busy and to come back after an hour. When asked about the booking, she said it is first come first serve and I haven’t paid a deposit. When asked why was it not asked when I booked, she said I would not pay if she had asked me!!! Then when I asked what is the point in booking, she doesn’t have an answer. She kept repeating the same thing and hung up the phone. Atrocious behaviour. I will stay away or try pot luck
