Location: Residential road between Tooting Broadway / Bec Stations. Not typical of a brothel and I can see the location having changed. Inside was basic but seemed clean. I did not get a look at the shower.

Lady: Wearing pyjama leggings. Romanians who appeared to be in her early 20s. Very skinny (I like skinny / slim girls however this one was borderline malnourished) Had a lack of balance and was clearly under the influence of something.

Upon the lady leading me into the bedroom she failed to understand that I would like a shower first and I asked if she was ok. She kept nodding her head but was struggling with her speech. I did not like the condition she was in and said I changed her mind. She offered me to look at another girl however I declined and gave her £20 party for wasting her time and partly because I felt sorry for her. Upon leaving I texted the madam that in the last 10 years of punting I hadn't come across a working girl in that condition to which I received no reply.

Please avoid this setup.

Hard to know? Report it to the authorities and let them deal with it ?

This is one of the only times I almost reported the establishment however this is an area that is local to me and my family. Perhaps anonymously to crimestoppers would have been the best option.

Party people come in all shapes and sizes.

Advertised party girls who are "managed" may be advertised as such to "excuse" the state they are in due to controllers "medicating" them.  Almost all narcotics are illegal and just another reason for Plod becoming interested in prostitutes behaving illegally or being exploited.

The authorities and support groups have specific contact points for exactly this kind of suspicious activity, which they actively promote.  It is not white-knighting to be reinforcing this messaging.  Your "devil's advocate" dismissal is straying into the trolling realm of victim-shaming.

Agreed with your point, although it's admin's decision on who is a member and I'm not sure anyone want to be here just to sit in an echo chamber of their own opinions. Healthy, respectful debate is to be encouraged and a better way to move someone to seeing your side of the fence instead of them taking an increasingly entrenched position. However...

Personally, any accusations of "white knighting" are off the table when you have concerns about people trafficking.

You trust your own intuition and experience if you see a situation like this, and only the OP is in a valid position to make that judgement, not the rest of us.

Oddly enough, just because members and a certain percentage of society aren't in agreement over a single moral point doesn't automatically mean members have none whatsoever in other areas. Such as people trafficking. If you believe that, you're painting people with a very broad and indiscriminate brush of just good and evil. The world is more complex than that.

Dude advertising party, taking something to relax their mood, being Romanian is such a broad spectrum. Even in the Tooting area I've had many cheap P & Ds going back to 2007 but when you are greeted by a WG who looked and acted like she did alarm bells went off in my head (the worst condition that I have seen a WG). I needed to get out of their fast and post a warning.
