This happened last year, but I have read up on a recent review regarding her charging extra for round two. From my experience, no, she did not charge extra. I've known her to be quite forgiving regarding her services, as in, if she's late she'll partly refund or even do what other sp's count as extra (Cim) for free.

Maybe it's a new thing she implemented to make up for the reduced customer frequency due to Covid
