Again I would say its my opinion the area around the crotch and particularly surrounding the pussy and arse is overly dark and patchy, it may or may not be indication of something but as I have some knowledge of this it looks to be like untreated fungal infections - (add to that the whiff from pussy which put me on alert) - add to that she said herself she doesnt get checked unless something wrong - if she doesnt know what she is looking at - its not going to have been realised or treatment sort.
