I’m with you on that, it reads a neutral to me. If I’ve gone out of my way to go there and get cut down to 30 mins because it’s more profitable for her to take two 30 mins bookings and then she dodges the extras she has thrown in would piss me right off and I wouldn’t bother with her again.

I responded with half-an-hour (standard for me for first visits) and it took her another age to respond saying 2.30, by which time it was 2.00. As with these things, I can only report on my experience and others may have had more positive comms with her. The problem seems to be that she only puts her phone on on the day she is working, making pre-booking impossible. If she only wants same-day bookings, she needs to work harder on responding quickly to texts and giving people more notice. It doesn't help that she's 10-15 minutes from the nearest tube. Of course, how she operates is up to her, but it counts her out as a realistic option for me and I'll look elsewhere.
