I usually read that to mean that some services cost extra, but it is ambiguous.

Can anyone explain "PND" for me (in the subject but not mentioned elsewhere in the review or profile pr puntingwiki glossary)?

I can only see "Post Natal Depression" as a common usage and I doubt she's using that as a selling point!
