Was going to go for a P&D on Saturday with this one until I walked past and round corner and found a few guys come out of house at the time I’d arranged to see her,booking was all confirmed she texted me asking where I was I walked straight back up road and into town.

You took the time and effort to arrange this punt. You should have told her what the issue was.
They may not think anything wrong of people, men, friends being present when business takes place. It could have been a genuine situation with friends visiting someone other than the working girl? We don't know their punting etiquette and vice versa. You just became a 'no show' statistic, no big deal to them or any SP but a pain in the ass for other punters who will then experience the same thing. Punters would inevitably experience 'wait 10 minutes please' because she is used to 'no shows'
If we all made the effort to tell these Romanian girls exactly what they are doing wrong it may just be possible they take the initiative to improve? We are all continually experiencing the same issues with Romanians has anyone ever wondered why?

Well I don’t punt wg’s if I see people coming and going out their place of work simple also if she says no and I go and find there’s people there I wouldn’t be happy being lied to,they will little clearly to get you through door,also I’ve am walked from one before in Walsall just didn’t feel right always go with gut instinct.

Gut instinct is a good thing and you obeyed, thats great.
But still, you should at least tell them/her what the issue is, you may just be surprised at the response.
You may not have experienced this if her previous punter who suffered the same scenario as you had actually told her 'I don't like seeing people around' when I'm coming to visit.

Nah not taking chances, much rather stick to a regular of mine or a well reviewed girl I’ve not seen before,don’t do many TOFTT now but may do if I think it’s worth it.

I had a good round of text tennis not so long back with a Rom that had some geezer peering out the window at our arranged time! I spent 10 mins or so back in the car telling her that it wasn’t good business to have that shit going on!

Good job mate. Hopefully the word will spread and her next punter won't have his time wasted experiencing the same thing. These Romanians love their money,  if they/she is losing it because of something so mundane they/she would be stupid to ignore your advice.
And to be fair, just because you don't see or hear another bloke in the house doesn't mean a group of them aren't tugging away in the next room listening to you shouting "take it you bitch".
