Can't be 100% sure but there was a group of mainly Polish girls doing the rounds back in 2012, all buggered off at the end of the year. One or two have started to come back and this profile is reminiscent of one of them. I'm trusting memory though. It would account for the profile being dormant and lack of fb.
No fb is not a great sign though and no guarantee that the girl in the pictures has ever worked here before as these profiles get recycled.
