Communications: 3/10 I sent an introductory text asking for a booking 2 days later. Sarah took just under 24 hours to respond to me stating that she was available the following day and at the time I had requested.
The following day about 3 hours before the booking was due to commence got the dreaded “personal circumstances” text stating that she was no longer available but she was available the following day. This was not convenient for me.
Texted her a week later asking for a booking 2 days later again. She replied just over an hour later stating that this was OK with her.
Following day she texts me again saying that the booking scheduled for the day after is now off.
Summary: Twice cancelled a scheduled booking , one with 3 hours to go and the other with just under 24 hours to go. Looks good from the photos and I see that is 1 positive review, however, from me it’s a negative for being messed around twice.
Not sure if this should be 2 reviews or just one, perhaps some of the more experienced members can advise and let me know if another one needs to be created?
