Logistics -
Contacted SP via the email address on AW a day or two before the meeting. She replied within a few hours and added her mobile number to her reply. Called her midday on the day of the meet and gave her the details of the hotel in Redhill for later that evening. It was booked as a 30min appointment with the potential for an hour.
