Meet did not happen.

I was given the door number well in advance, but not the flat/ doorbell number. So arriving a couple of minutes ahead of the agreed time, I texted for further info. Radio silence. Ten minutes later I decided to give up, and then received a phone call with some excuse about the landlord being around, and that it might be possible to meet in half an hour. Declined this and went on my way
