Tried to arrange booking, at 1pm, she said she couldn't only do after 3pm. 3pm arranged for 30mins @ £80, arrive a few minutes early about 10 min walk from Watford Junction. About 10 mins before receive a text saying she has to cancel due to a plumber. obviously BS.

Only reason a neutral and not a negative is I unfortunately had to cancel on her the previous day.
