Booked a 30 minute appointment. When I turned up at the property in Sunderland I wasn’t able to get an answer at the main door of the building.

Text Premium, who told me to go back and try again. I did, and was buzzed in.

Headed to the room, knocked, pressed the bell, knocked, pressed the bell, knocked, pressed the bell.

Could hear someone talking inside, could hear the TV on. But no response. Was stood standing at the door for best part of five minutes, decided to walk away.

Premium text asking if I was in, I explained the crack, and all I got was a “sorry”

Didn’t bother me too much as I was in the area, but had I travelled far to get there, I would of been really pissed off.

I've waited around for about a MINUTE before and felt uncomfortable, 5 minutes must've been like a month standing there..!

If it’s the same place in Sunderland, I was waiting outside for about a minute before being buzzed in and it felt like the whole street (especially the bus stop) was watching .....I wouldn’t have waited much longer tbf

Same here FB but it was a pre booking. I don't think she does them anymore so put it down to that.

Premium (June I assume) has been in touch. Thank you everyone for the support, as I didn’t want to feel like I was being over dramatic about how long I stood and waited.
I think the initial response I got wasn’t from June, she’s now trying to sort that out, and that’s as good as we could hope to achieve as a PR point if view

I’m not too smart on the technology front.

And I also get myself fucked up on gin from time to time. So the other day when June was putting amends to things (which I appreciate) I’d also received an inbox off someone on here, clocked me, and they were indoors by all accounts, as the double booking. Hence the voices I heard indoors and the lack of response after being buzzed in!

Good to hear a reason, but at the same time discretion is blown wide open on that one!
