I wonder whether you actually saw Byanca before ollielon, and thus her service has since diminished. If not, it could be that ollielon was denied by Byanca via the old "at discretion" get-out-clause.

I hope Byanca is still delivering FK and OWO for 30min meets, as I'm keen to tick her off my HL, if so.

Yes would be good to know indeed :-) I felt short handed but for some reason did not complained .. she tried to extend me for one hour initially, and I refused the offer .. so maybe she got itchy at that stage or maybe she don't do DFK / OWO anymore .. who knows ... in any case it sounds like it is inconsistent.
