That's always my concern.

If it’s by text, just slide it in with your outfit requests. I usually do it like this - “Outfit request XYZ, service requests XYZ”

Then you can go on from there’re responses. Bad answer can be it is “at her discretion”, but usually turns out ok as long as it’s not a hard “no” response. The other responses, “no problem” and “as long as your clean and hygienic” are the best responses.
