To add to that, he left her "feedback only" presumably because the WG hadn't confirmed his booking request (even if he just sent one in order to leave that feedback). However, once she received it, she may well have confirmed the booking in order to give him proper negative feedback (not "feedback only" - which I don't think WGs can give anyway) with no risk to her (because he'd already left the "feedback only").

Or, given his propensity for leaving presumably accurate and helpful feedback, he might have done it to another girl who then negged him back.
