is it just me, but has anyone notice that most WG have hiked up there prices considerably , in readiness for meeting after lockdown

i know they maybe making up for lost time,  where one was charging 150 for an hour , you see now they are now charging between 170 to 190

do you think people will pay such prices

I've noticed a few price increases and also a few more discounts too. I've was browsing the AW a few mins ago to see who was working from my HL. It appears that it's pretty much business as usual for a lot of the WGs.
I think some WGs have been hit harder than others and they will be wanting to recoup their loss of financial income.
Still to early for me to return to punting though. second wave of covid-19 feels like it's just around the corner. :scare:

I won’t. But each to their own.

One of two things will happen. People will pay and the escorts will make money, price stay high or go higher. People won’t pay, phones get dusty, escorts make no money and prices come down.

Some might be canny and drop prices to win business. Longer term I think we will see a return to normal pricing, it’s not just escorts that haven’t been earning, but who knows.

Anyway, lockdown might be easing. But looks like a shit storm is brewing in Leicester. Could happen anywhere else. Uncertain times still.

I think you're seeing those that are currently operating hiking prices due to the reduced competition and the fact it's more risky right now.  It's illegal due to lockdown restrictions, so those customers that are willing to ignore that will likely be more willing to pay more (if they're desperate enough to break the law, they're desperate enough to pay a premium).  Illegal things always cost more than legal alternatives.

Hadn't noticed but of course if they paid taxes on their incomes the government would provide some recompense.

It's a mute point though as I don't pay over my budget and at the moment I'm not punting at all.  Some of us haven't punted since lockdown so I'd guess we can afford to wait until prices return to reasonable levels?

Any SP/WG who tries to make any attempt at maintaining some degree of infection control will have to limit the number of clients she sees.

Changing/washing sheets/towels as well as herself plus other cleaning/sanitising will all take time/cost.

So it is likely the more responsible ones will need to charge more.

The Catch 22 is that you won't know whether she has made the effort to protect you and her before you go.

Yes i do not think it safe to meet anyone at the moment,  this disease is not going away

and just look at what happening in Leicester , not a good omen at the moment

Drifting off topic a bit: Leicester is fairly unique in its demographics. If the authorities did nothing, and the disease took a strong hold in the Asian community, the authorities would be criticised for allowing it to happen.
Now they are doing something, still being critisised.  :hi:

Some working girls probably think that some punters may have saved money during the last 3 and and a half months or so and think a price increase is justified but they don't take into consideration that at least half of us may have lost jobs, not been on furlough etc

In the first few weeks of lockdown there was a well known (expensive) SP crying on Twitter that she couldn't get any Govt help beacause her earnings were over £50k pa and all her money was tied up in assets.

Her stance was that lockdown was unfair (ie to young healthy people) and there are always risks in life and that people should be allowed to do whatever they like without govt interference.  She's been back working for a few weeks now and doesn't appear to have any shortage of customers.

Maybe more likely that the reason that she didn't get any government aid was because she didn't declare her earnings?
