A busy residential street in Handsworth/Birchfield area - B19 - very near to the A34. Difficult to park on the road at night as no spaces. Not the type of area you want to walk around much at night

A shared house which is her accommodation - call when you are outside and she will let you in - there is a need to be quiet due to other residents - well looked after small bedsit - action takes place on a single bed and she doesn't want you to make too much noise (to avoid issues with the neighbours I guess). I had just showered so didn't enquire about shower facilities etc (but they seem to be available)
