I remember a decent encounter some three years ago, but English wasn't her strong point. It's a shame that appears not to have improved!

I have seen her twice now and I think her English has improved. 

The first time she couldn’t say or understand a word of English.  Second time (after a year or two) I remember being able to converse with her more.  Her English isn’t perfect, but it is passable and better than my Hungarian.
