What an organisation, run by clowns!

A few months ago I contacted a girl on her AW profile, sent email and booked for few days time, told to call on the day for directions;
ready to leave home on the day, called her number - she hadn't been told of the booking, wasn't even in the same town !!! 
Obviously the email went to her 'agency' not to her.  Still, as they say, shit happens, I amused myself with an agreeable Thai massage instead.

Fast forward to yesterday - feeling up for another punt, same girl was in town according to her profile, so sent text this time, we agreed on the time and length of time.  Reply came back she needed a booking, a phone call and a deposit .. ok, no problem.

I replied it wasn't convenient to call at the moment but would do within the hour - which I did, it just rang out.  So tried again later - same result, so sent text saying I'd called twice with no answer, I'd call back in the morning. But I put the booking in via her AW profile, and sent the small deposit..

Went to bed at 11.00 looking forward to the next day, phone as usual on silent.

Woke this morning to find 2 missed calls, one at 11.45, another 2 minutes after - both from her number.  And a text saying as I hadn't replied to her call the booking was cancelled 

So I'll never book anyone from this agency again.  Told her politely to keep the deposit and put it down to experience.  Her loss, more than mine if she/they are so keen to lose a 2 hour booking ...

So is this down to the girl or the agency 
As I understand the rules you can't review an agency in which case it needs moving to the NW regional board, alternatively if you tell us the girl or post her link then it can be classed as a review

Booking made through AW so AW link and WG name should be provided.

Not really sure it'd the girls fault, everything seems to be done by the agency ..
only mention of the agency is small letters under her name on there profile.

A pity, because looking into the girls with that agency, quite a few look worth a punt.. and that's now x2 they've lost a booking from me

There's nothing to stop someone starting a thread in "regional discussion" if they've had a bad experience with an agency.

The problem was the agency's interference with the booking.  The profile has her number and the group (agency?) number.  I used her number to send text.  Text replied almost straight away asking for call, I replied it wasn't convenient but would within the hour - which I did, getting no answer I tried again a few hours later, again no answer - then sent a text saying I had called but got no response and as it was getting late I'd call in the morning... either she or the agency called me x2 just before midnight but I missed it as my phone wa on silent.

Text immediately followed saying they'd cancelled the booking .. which was still 12-14 hours away ..

I was obviously dealing with 2 people.  the trouble is - that was the second time I had tried to book her, same problem then too.

Some WG/agencies expect us to jump through hoops to make bookings.
If only they had said confirm in morning then this could have been a happy ending.
I expect, despite your efforts, they thought you weren’t genuine and sounds like they operate an intolerant booking system that won’t schedule a booking from a new punter without speaking first. Happens.
Plenty of other lasses will happily take a booking without having to make a phone call, or at least will pencil you in to confirm on the day.

I agree, but they obviously don't read texts, although they must have as my first contact was by text
But what really pissed me off was them calling me at 10 minutes to midnight .. then cancelling the booking because I didn't answer
