Yes, it was. Like with most things, men and women will look at being an SP slightly differently. Similarly, male and female punters will probably have differing reasons and go about it differently.

Men and women do tend to fall into their own 'camps' with feelings and attitudes (those camps are broad, and can overlap of course). There's a tendency to downplay or even try to eradicate those differences these days, in pursuit of proper equality. But that's a mistake IMO, if there can't be proper equality without having to say there's 'no difference between men and women', we have as a species, lost our way somewhat.
