I struggled with how to rate this but in the end i chose neutral  after cooling off from my initial annoyance.

Anyway, sent a message in the morning to book, this was my second attempt, the previous day id tried, agreed a time then got radio silence when i asked for location and confirmation till I gave up and went home instead

This time it was arranged for early afternoon, and I made my way to Russell Square and waited in a coffee shop. About 15 minutes before the set time I got a message saying she would be about 10 minutes late. No big deal i thought so just asked her to let me know when she arrived at the venue(a hotel near the station)

20 minutes after the booked time i hadn't heard anything so i sent another message and told her i dont have a lot of timr as I needed to be elsewhere later(which isnt usually the case but was on this occasion)

She tells me she sorry and she just needs 5 minutes to get  ready. Another 20 minutes pass and at this point I'm annoyed and looking at the time i need to be on the move. I text again to ask if all is well and she gives me the location. I then have to text again for the room number and im just about to walk when she sends it.

Make my way to the room and the one thing I can say is she is bang on like her pictures. But i dont get any sort of warmth, she just kinda looks at me and its all very awkward. I pop the money down and i walk to the shower but i realise this isnt going to be great and its going to be a rush too so I apologise to her and take my cash and leave.

She does text back offering discounts but i just tell her i dont have the time and thanks anyway

Now in most circumstances the delay wouldnt have been an issue at least in terms of my time but that day it was, and the attitude she seemed to have until she realised i was actually just leaving anyway was it wasnt a big deal

To be honest I'm at the point where 30 minutes is as long as I'll wait unless theres a damn good excuse for it. I wont bother again with this one.

At least you kept your cash even if you wasted your time. I've been back for a few longer visits since my review a few weeks back. They've all been positive experiences with no rush and good action times. In my experience she takes a few minutes to warm up.

I will add that I've been kept waiting for 10 to 15 minutes in most instances. So maybe be ware of that if you're on a tight schedule. Her negative review was down to someone walking due to the delay.

 I understand that her comms are entirely handled by a receptionist.

This is a negative for me but your call.

Clearly this one has form with messing us about with regards to time keeping. All the signs of conveyor belt set-up so yes I agree anyone booking this one, it would appear, must allow for the punt not starting on time.

Oh dear Xeron, definitely a shit turn of punts you've been having. 

She kept you waiting best part of an hour and did nothing to start off on a good note when you actually met?

It's irrelevant if you have all the time in the World to wait, they are disrespecting you by making you wait (even more so if she were seeing someone else or knew from the outset that she'd never be ready on time).

This really reads like another negative, because she kept you waiting and then you walked because she failed to be alluring enough to make you want to stay, whether that's because you were steamed or just no longer in the mood.  Did you choose her based on reviews?

Yeah LLP, when i walked in she just looked at me like I had something on my face, no apology or reason for the delay, you would have thought that she would at least pretend to be friendly. The way i punt isnt suited to a rushed time, and in this instance aside from being pissed from the waiting i really didnt have the time, and nothing about her attitude made me think about risking being late to my appointment,  even at the discount she was offering
