I'm up in Manchester for a few days and wondered if there is any action around the city centre.

There should be at least a few options who fit the bill (or at least most of it). I'd recommend just doing a proximity search on AW, it shouldn't take long to look through all the results even without any other filters. Usually I'd recommend ordering the results by escort feedback.

Many of my punts are in the city centre so you might want to glance though them. Off the top of my head this WG meets most of your criteria (tall brunette who does deepthroating, small tits though) and is very near Deansgate:
