Unsure on if this is a neutral or negative

Having an itch to scratch and after already check AV1’s profile that she wouldn’t be available early morning.

A text was sent off to Emilyjade87 to arrange an early morning visit, being late didn’t expect an instant reply but one was received.

After a quick exchange a time of 9ish and an hour booking was sorted for the following morning.

Cometh the day cometh the man, well not in this case.....

A text message was received from EmilyJade to confirm the 10:00 appointment, quick reply saying er no it was meant to be 9:00am as I was pulling up to the general area before getting final directions.

To which a reply was still in PJ’s and can’t see you till 10:00 at the earliest, and will have to cancel.

Showing up an hour early to an appointment made through the site of which I have still on my profile. You cannot give a negative review. I was eating my breakfast. Bath already run ready to get myself sorted for 10am to then get a message at 9am to say you had arrived. I have never had this problem before . Definitely was a mistake on your behalf. No more to be said .
