Initial email contact through email was fine. We then had a phone chat several days before the meet, also fine.
On the day, she texted me a street address close to her apartment building. I got there on time and texted her.
First negative: she texted back to say she'd be right down, but it took about ten minutes before I saw her. Not ideal standing in the cold in a pretty quiet street.
Second negative: when she sees me, she says I'm older than her usual client and will attract attention from the others in her building, and cancels the booking.
Now,  she's certainly younger than me but I don't look old enough to be her father. Make of it what you will. I'm naturally annoyed at her wasting my time and ask why she has no age restrictions on her profile or did not bring this up in our phone chat. Her reply is she prefers to meet in person as she can't tell for certain until then. Well, this may work for her but is an utter disregard for the customer - a waste of our time and money if you're turned away but that doesn't seem to concern her.
For the record, all her profile says about incalls is 'I limit how many dates I have at my home, I have neighbours and prefer not to antagonize them'
Why said neighbours are spending their time keeping an eye on who goes in or out is unclear, but you've been warned unless you look like you're twenty something.

Agreed. I obviously only saw her clothed, but there's no way a giant pair was hidden underneath. She's pretty short and petite in build with dyed hair like the pics.

I'm sorry to say this is unfortunately true, and I do dearly regret having to turn him away and waste his time. If I'd been thinking smarter, I would have but at least had a tenner in my pocket to cover his travel costs so he wasn't out of pocket. This was short sighted on my part.

There really is no excuse on my part, mea culpa, I should have done better checks, or advised that my incall does have greater restriction than outcall during the initial email (that was an oversight on my part that I usually do and stupidly didn't this time). The reasons for this I won't bore you with.

All I can do, as I did then, is apologise for wasting his time, and endeavour to do better in the future.

What is your age limit?

I don't have one as such, my oldest incall regular is in his late 50s, he admittedly doesn't look as such and I met him first as an outcall. I should have taken that step here, but as he described himself to me, I stupidly assumed another ethnicity, which (stereotypes or not) tend to look younger for their age.

Around 45 for an incall first meet (anticipating with fudging of ages that means anywhere up to 50ish), I've found has typically been okay, and my building management doesn't give me issue. Black or East Asian I can push further usually. Hence why I say I don't have a fixed one.

I don't only want "young hunks", I wish I could be more liberal with my incall, but due to a situation that's not worth going into, I've had to be more restricted than I'd like. Not ideal, but as I work from my home I do what I must as a separate residence isn't financially worth it.

A few months ago Red Kitten bid on my RB. I was keen to see her and fortunately told her in my email I was older when discussing the meet. She replied something like ‘I will only see you outcall as there are restrictions with my building’. So she is consistent in this thread with my experience. That said, I just found it a complication and I accepted a more straightforward bid and we never met.

Amazing how this idiot of a SP thinks a tenner will cover your costs. I expect British Gas or the like to act like cunts when they offer you similar for a failed appointment after you've stayed in all day and took a day off work. Scum! 

It's totally her choice in who she fucks or she'd move to a more discrete place where the "building management" aren't so fussy in who she sees.

Maybe she's filming it or webcasting the meet and her director calls the shots.

We've all been flaked on at the last minute and left out in the cold, well out of our way - and realistically there's little prospect of the WG being able to fully compensate the lost opportunity cost, if the punter is a well-paid fellow who has travelled far for the cancelled appointment - which is why I for one would deeply welcome such a gesture if it were made. It seems to me to be the opposite of stupid or cnutish behaviour - I'd applaud it.
